The University of Ulster is a multi-campus university which can trace its origins back to 1845. Having spread beyond our Northern Ireland roots to include partnerships with other education providers and campuses in London and Birmingham, the university is a truly international university with over 1,000 international students from 90 different countries.

The University of Ulster London campus is situated right in the heart of the city, in historic Holborn. Housed in a beautiful red-brick building dating back to the 1800’s, the campus has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, providing students with an even better environment in which to study and socialise.
Close to a wealth of transport links, and plenty of restaurants, bars and exciting attractions, university’s modern campus has an intimate feel, with friendly staff and students alike. Equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms and computer suites, library facilities, free wi-fi throughout, and private study areas, the campus is ideal place to study.
Within 20 minutes walk, or a short tube journey of our campus, you will find London’s bustling shopping district around Oxford and Regent Street. World-famous attractions such as Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament and the London Eye are close by and diverse Soho, the theatre district and the historic financial borough are also within easy reach.
Student Services is conveniently located within London campus and they will be happy to help students with anything; whether it’s answering financial and accommodation queries or advising about which famous London landmarks are worth a visit.

The University of Ulster Birmingham campus is ideally situated in the heart of the city centre just a short walk away from the main New Street rail station. Located in the prominent Centre City building, our friendly Birmingham campus offers state-of-the art teaching facilities that are astutely geared towards learning needs.
University’s partner organisation Quality Assurance, which enables to provide work placements and employment skills to all of students, are located close by and senior staff from Quality Assurance regularly come by to give guest lectures and advice.
In addition to an on-site library, the Birmingham campus is close to public lending libraries. The Birmingham campus also provides numerous designated computers and IT research areas with free wi-fi throughout which are available for students to use for assignment and dissertation work as well as personal use.
