For over a year Educational Centre ‘Linkturs Egypt’ offers opportunities for Egyptian scholars and students to continue their studies abroad. Universities in Latvia offer their foreign students not only a wide range of study programmes in English but also a European diploma for comparatively lower tuition and living expenses.

A higher education diploma gained in Latvia gives you all the needed to begin a successful career anywhere in the world. Being the official representatives of several Latvian universities in Egypt, Educational Centre ‘Linkturs Egypt’, in cooperation with the Embassy of Latvia in Cairo, organises an informative seminar on higher education in Latvia.

During the seminar study programmes of four Latvian universities will be presented to the potential students from Egypt.

• Riga Stradins University

The university offers study programmes in Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy in English.

• Riga Technical University

The university offers bachelor and master study programmes in Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration and Earth and Environmental Sciences taught in English.

• School of Business Administration ‘Turiba’

Bachelor and master programmes offered in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration. All the programmes are taught in English.

• Information Systems Management Institute

Distance learning bachelor and master study programmes in Business Administration, Tourism Management and Information systems taught in English.


While the presentation, students and other interested persons will be introduced with the above mentioned universities; study programmes, applications, tuition fees, deadlines and other useful tips for studying at one of our Latvian partner universities. In addition, Educational Centre ‘Linkturs Egypt’ has arranged a meeting with the Embassy of Latvia in Cairo representative – to provide the participants with all the needed information regarding student visa.

After the presentation all the interested persons are welcome to ask questions and individually discuss all the matters with the representatives of Educational Centre ‘Linkturs Egypt’ and the Embassy of Latvia in Cairo.
